Security

Hugh Symons NHS Document Scanning Services considers the security and confidentiality of clients’ records whilst in our care as being of the utmost importance.  We have implemented a number of measures to ensure the security of information, all of which are in accordance with our ISO 27001 accreditation. These include:.

• All our sites have 24 hour CCTV monitoring.

• Security personnel provide 24 cover at nominated sites

• All document and data storage is in secure, alarmed premises.

• Access within our premises is restricted to authorized personnel

• We use only our own vehicles and directly employed staff for document transportation.
